Blipay is a digital platform that acts as a Banking Correspondent to facilitate the loan contracting process. The minimum and maximum monthly interest rate is 5.00% and 19.99% (80.00% and 791.00% per annum), respectively. Maximum period for full payment of loans is 720 days. Minimum period for full payment of loans is 90 days, which can be changed at the customer's discretion, and it is possible to pay off the loan in advance at any time if the customer wishes. Blipay does not charge compound interest on late payments, Credit Opening Fee (TAC) or other fees. For example: for a loan of R$300.00, to be paid within 90 days, the total amount of R$352.10 will be charged, including taxes; interest rate of 5.00% per month, 80.00% per year and Total Effective Cost (CET) of 5.48% per month and CET of 89.75% per year (APR).
